Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product (packaged drinking water), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, in case of any issue, we offer support under the following conditions:

  • If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photo/video proof for verification.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
